Initial sketch, did not convey the action and personality in a way I was aiming for.

Necromancy Wizard

Illustration of my DnD necromancy wizard. I knew I wanted to use a purple and golden color scheme for his outfit but also wanted to play into some necromancy elements, so I included a bit of green/teal. To signify his previously high status I opted for more ornate embellishments, and to imply his current lifestyle as a hermit I included some tattered bits of clothing.
